That sounds like a goofy issue. I can't say I've seen that question before around here, at least not within the past few months. I'm by no means affiliated with Stardock or it's subsidaries. But, I am a community member and the type of person that feels the need to help out.
I'd recommend uninstalling Stardock Central and then rebooting. Aftering doing so I'd install Stardock Central again and see if you're still having the same issue as before.
