anyone know this skin ? It doesn't look like any XP skin i've seen before... if it is, anyone know the name of it / where i can get it ?

It's one of the many many many many many many many many InspiratVistahornOSX clones out there. That one looks like it might be an MSstyle.

The VS is either one of Stefanka's or Kol's and it;s called 5203 I believe.

I believe this a skin of Stefanka's called InspiratSE. It can be seen here Link. Hope that was helpful.

that skin looks like one i have for Styler, which i have installed on my notebook - but went back to widnow blinds and am only using the toolbar part instead of the full skin pack. and yes, it is inspiratSE by Stefanka
