Due to copyright, no logo's could be used in the skin, so you'd essentially just have the colors. I'd suggest looking around for a skin that you like, then recoloring it to the team's motif.

A few years ago I made a Montreal Canadiens and a Toronto Maple Leafs skin for Windowblinds. I emailed the NHL for permission and got an answer from their legal department. A long email, but in short it said that I had to pay big money to use their logo. Whether I was distributinh my skins for free or selling them was irrelevent.
So the official NHL answer to your request is NO.
