i'm not a programmer (although i did stay at a holiday inn express), but i want to learn more about the basics that underly cerating and managing skins/wallpaper/etc. essentially, i'm looking for something equivalent to "skinning for dummies." for someone like myself, sure, i know how to download a wallpaper or change icons; but i don't really know the differences between the types of files (e.g., .png or jpeg) and what powers/limiations these files have. thanks, folks.
