MCP

Can anyone help?
Using Office 2.1 theme by gef and DesktopX3.
When loading the theme I keep getting Stardock MCP not found or wrong version, systray support disabled.
What and where is Stardock MCP?
Have already reintalled DesktopX 3 and redownloaded Office 2.1. Same results.
