Help creating bootskin

ive tried everything to make it come out right but cant.... created a bootskin and it previews correctly but then when i restart its messed up cant anyone edit it for me plz... or tell me wut i need to do

I don't know it wouldn't help as it has been hailed the best tutorial on the net for bootskins. Hmmm...

I believe there also was a tutorial done by one of the elite skinners here at WC. I just can't remember.
