How do I do this?

You need to find that tabbed dock, and those icons in the ObjectDock download section, then apply them to your ObjectDock theme.

But how i have found themes and stuff like this and i want to use them but i dont know how to install them.

If you have ObjectDockPlus (tabbed docks aren't supported in the free version), you extract the backgrounds to the Backgrounds folder, and icons (png, and ico files) to a folder of your choice, in the OD directory. You select the background from the Dock Properties dialog, icons from the Dock Entry Properties dialog.
