How to substitude the misc icon of my computer of the miscicons section?

hi, i got a misc icon from this site. but how may i substitude the icon of my computer wth that misc icon? (just a single icon)

Right-Click on Desktop and choose Display Properties =>Desktop Tab => Customize Desktop Button. From here you can change your My Computer Icon. Or if you have IconPackager installed, open it up and choose Icon and Cursors section, find My Computer and hit the change button.
