Why does the bottom part of Toolbar Title text get cut off?

I use Windows toolbars on my taskbar. More often than not, I find that Windowblinds skins cut off the bottom part of the title of the toolbar, when I choose to show it. Anyone know why, and what setting I can easily toggle to make that not happen? I'd prefer to not have to edit each and every skin in SkinStudio.

In WindowBlinds Advanced Configuration, go to User Overrides and under Advanced Settings try changing Skin decides taskbar size to see if that helps any

Gave that a shot already, actually. No love on the fonts, though it did allow me to get all three lines of the Windows clock/calendar (at the cost of some pretty fat buttons). It seems like the bar is divided into "stripes", and the title font of the toolbar just doesn't fit within on most skins.
