Downtime for servers: Sunday morning (Nov 7)

There will be some downtime for the websites this Sunday (Nov 7th) at around 2AM PST (GMT-8). In theory, it'll be less than an hour. We'll see.

Out of our control, something about the colo and their local power needing to be switched over.
