Woops, sorry about the cross post right above this one. I had posted a summary of the suggestions for people to try to remedy this problem. Log out of Wincustomize.com, clear you internet cookies, clear internet cache/temporary internet files, check your cookie security settings, Log back into Wincustomize.com, check popup blocker, and of course try a different web browser such as Mozilla's Firefox (http://reviews.cnet.com/Mozilla_FireFox_1_0PR/4505-9241_7-31117280-2.html?tag=top).
