Programs are not displayed under the taskbar. Only when I disable "force non acryllic blur", do programs become visible beneath the taskbar.
Quick update. Disabling "Lock Taskbar" on windows and resizing the taskbar with a window behind it, the blur "updates" but not continuously.
Additionally, the same 'blur not updating' issue can occur with normal windows. Here, the desktop background is visible through a window. It seems that, for optimisation purposes, windowblinds only updates transparent aspects when moved about.
This is a bug in Windows 11 not WindowBlinds.
We do not do the blur ourselves, it is left to the OS to do and sometimes it forgets to repaint things.

To correct you, I am on windows 10 22h2.
The issue is the same. We do not do the blurring ourselves, not since Windows 2000 days.
Also note that recent Nvidia drivers have been known to break blur in the OS.
Downgrading my nvidia driver seems to have resolved the issue.
If you are able to report the bug to Nvidia it would be helpful. The more reports they get the better.
