I have the same issue - it is with Fences 5. I do not see the same "deactivation" option in the web address that you gave here. Probably because I currently have a 1-year subscription instead of a permanent purchase?
In this case, how do I deactivate the subscription on my old laptop and reactivate it on my new laptop? Thanks.
