I am a windows 2000 user. I am interested in hacking/skinning my logon screen using ResHacker. Duz any1 know the name of the exe/dll, or registry key that controls the logon screen picture (the same pic that shows up when u hit Ctrl+Alt+Del).

Even better, does anyone know a program that can skin the logon screen?

Also, does anyone know how to set the wallpaper for the logon screen? (I know its some key in the registry)
