Blank Page Icon on Taskbar after uninstalling MS Teams

Cannot remove Blank Page Icon

After uninstalling MS Teams, I have a blank page Icon on the Taskbar. I cannot remove it. There is no unpin option.

If I disable the Start11 taskbar, the Icon disappears.
Restarted Internet Explorer
Uninstalled Start11, Cleared the IconCache*.DB, Reinstalled Start11
Taskbar items in User Pinned folder are showing properly
ImplicitAppShortcuts folder is empty
