Windows 10 full version numbers.
Fences version.

Need to know more.

Your monitor/s resolutions and Scaling applied (100%,125%,200%,300%)?
Does restart Explorer.exe resolved the issue?
Does do the Fences Restore Layout snapshot return those icons back into Fences?
