I've got some questions and possible suggestions for the advanced rules section in Groupy. I use a file manager called FreeCommander that has a lot of popup menus for various functions. I want to set Groupy to automatically group identical windows of it together, but this causes the help file for FreeCommander to open and group with the instance of FreeCommander.exe. Additionally, other popups such as move, copy, rename, and multirename also get grouped together. There are a lot of them. I would prefer to leave the setting to automatically group the windows and not have to remember to hold down the CTRL key when opening a new instance of FreeCommander.exe to get the windows to group as one option that might work.
The advanced rules in Groupy do not allow me to choose what to include or exclude from automatic grouping. I can only choose what gets grouped. The options for rule-making are Process, Window Class, and Window Caption. I could make a rule to always group FreeCommander windows but exclude the process, class, or caption of things like the help file, copy menu, compare folder menu, etc., etc. This way, those windows would not get grouped in the first place and I wouldn't have to drag them out of the group and resize them to be useful again.
The advanced rules menu only allows for choosing what to group, with no option to exclude. It would be great if I could choose to exclude or include windows with the rule which would make it much more versatile.
If I'm overlooking how this can be accomplished already, please let me know.

I'm using the version of Groupy you get from Object Desktop with the option for beta unticked and Windows 11,
I tried the versions with the beta option ticked and they were unusable so I uninstalled them.
