So, we are still using Windows 10, still running Start 10, paid for Start 10 in full 6 years ago, and now have to pay for an upgrade just to hope to get a full translation for the 4th most-spoken language (2nd most in the Western world)?
I could almost understand this if there was never any Spanish-language version of Start 10. Then it would be like me basically requesting a new feature at the end of the applications life.
But Start 10 has always had a Spanish translation. It's just that certain UI elements are still untranslated. This is more of an unfinished implementation, or possibly a bug.
