Well, the walls are rips... stored and downloaded from his site. The links are links to Stardock and open up to stardock pages where one can browse for the product. The icons to identify the links are stored on his site.

Wow!! This site http://ams-wien.at/js/images/fotogallerie/desktopthemes/ has several walls posted from DB. I notified the owner of DB, he's used to dealing with people like this.

Just to rain on proceedings....it's possible that the work/s were posted unwittingly...not everyone is aware of the 'rules' of distributing/displaying works without permission.

Well by the looks of it, it seems he's hosted by tripod. Which if my memory serves me correctly, has about squat bandwidth, so if we can go flood up his site dling everything we can. The site should go down without any political fire whatsoever.
