Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this. Uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after (important). Download and install latest version from your account. Reboot again after install, report back. If the issue still there. Need more information on your system. Windows 7,8,10 or 11? Need full version numbers. Start8/10/11? version number.
