I've got a Surface Pro Laptop connected to a dock. There is a slightly larger, higher-res monitor on the dock. When I close the lid and sleep the unit, the Start11 taskbar moves to the top of the laptop screen when I reopen it. It's not clickable (and on the other monitor, it's still in the proper location). I end up hitting CTL-ALT-DEL and signing out. When I sign back in, the problem goes away. Windows 11, latest updates/patches applied.
