You can download it via your account/product page or using links listed here : https://forums.stardock.com/511294/start11-12-rc-1-feedback-thread. Also, do know that Stardock don't provide official support for Dev/Beta releases of Windows 11. You can post your finding in that thread and review respond by Support and Dev team there.
