type based rules sort to Folder portal

How do I use "Type-based rules" to send stuff to a Portal? So for example, I have a portal called Links and I want to place shortcut URL / Web Links inside this folder. The folder itself, is actually already created by default in windows C:\Users\Fartbag\Links

Maybe I just need to restart my PC and finish installing the update...

I am afraid that rules will not work on Folder portals, something we hope to add with future versions.
