No Menu Items Showing in Start 10

I went to the regular windows start menu one time. Don't know why, looking for something. When I opened Start 10, there were no selections present. There is a back button which shows everything like a very old version of Windows 7 start menu, very weird. Just one row. Cant find a fix.
