Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your issues.

Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
Windowblinds version.
More explanation on you mean by "Constantly updating my desktop" and "Windows are closed"

When I uninstall windowBlinds the problem is gone
