cannot group windows from different programs together

I use Fences, and recently downloaded Groupy. I have some issues that I need cleared up before I purchase Groupy. My issue is that I cannot group windows from different programs together even though I have this option selected. Your help would be appreciated. For example, I cannot group Google Chrome with Microsoft Outlook. I can group Excel notebooks together or Google Chrome tabs together but not Google Chrome with Microsoft Outlook.

Your help would be appreciated.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. For Application that have its own tabs for example Chrome, you will need to drag the Titlebar, not the tabs, on-top the other application for example MS Outlook. Than it should group.
