Editing skin created in SkinStudio Professional ver 5.0.1

Hello,

Could you please give me some advices related to SkinStudio/WindowBlinds?

Which product do I need to be able to open existing skin with *.uis file (created with SkinStudio Professional ver. 5.0.1), modify and use it?
What about license price for usage on single machine or multiple machines?
Is it possible to get invoice with company name, address and VAT number?

For WindowBlinds, the only editor is SkinStudio 10 and comes with WB for free:
