Disappearing Icons

I have loaded this theme Colony port by Chad Ross . When I click on an icon down the lefthand side (say Office) a bar pops out with icons on it which is fine , but when I do it a second time all the icons have gone. I have restarted but it still happens. Any Ideas.

So I sorted this out by rebuilding that look on another theme similar in style which was more stable.
