Before people start running around the wallpaper section giving "1's" to all the "bad" wallpapers think about this, is it really a problem you need to take personally? I'd be willing to bet that the ones you'd object to are already being posted with a pretty low rating.
A few other sites have no moderation. We're still moderating, just not as tough. We give you a filter you can set to avoid seeing anything below whatever rating you choose. Change your ratings filter and try that for awhile (though I bet curriosity will get the best of you

The never-ending angst on the message board over pieces being rejected has brought us to this solution. We mean this to be a solution to user input about what was described as a problem, not to be another problem.
