Sorry to hear you are having issues. I don't have any other report same or similar issue from anyone else. Need to know more.
1) Windows 10 version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.
2) Groupy version you are using.
3) Post a video on the issue and share the link here so we can understand it more.
