Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can't recreate your issue on my system. Refer my screenshot below.

Need more information on your system.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Groupy versions.

This bug has existed for a long time, many applications have a big gap after maximization, when are you going to fix it ？？？？？？？？？？

The applications I have encountered with this bug so far are:

1. vs code

2. pycharm

3. edge chromium

4. google chrome

and the version of groupy: 1.32
