I renewed my subscription to WinCustomize on Oct. 4th, 2019. I received an immediate acknowledgement email from Stardock Sales, but Stardock " My Downloads" is still indicating a green "Renew Bar" and I am unable to purchase the LUX Skin at a discount. Please update my account.
