Does anyone know how to change the transparency of the notification panel and date/time panel. I note that it isn't nearly as transparent as the start10 menu and would like for them to match transparency with the taskbar.

There is no option in Start10, that I know of, to change those parts. But if you have Windowblinds than it is possible on the notification panel using Skinstudios.
