Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try to download the latest installer for Windowblinds from your account. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
and install that version. Reboot and see if it stop the upgrade notice. Report back here.

I have been having this same problem for a few months now. I can be in the middle of a game and bam, i'm at the desktop and it's asking me to install the new version of WB. Same as the above post. I've said ok several times now with reboot and no problems with WB, but this update still keeps hounding me every so often.
Have you tried my suggestion above in reply #1?

After you do what basj recomended, go into:
/Downloads and delete any 'Stardock' folder that may be there.
