I upgraded to deskscapes 8 and got no key and also couldn't log in just using the account. Can someone correct this issue

Yea I already did that I haven't seen anything about deskscape 8 anywhere except in my order history its non existent everywhere else in my account

I did 3 times periodically throughout the night still not in there

I bought the upgrade for 8 uninstalled the old version from my computer and installed 8. From there I had the key issue
are there different emails between your Stardock account and the email you
use to order the upgrade ?
