WindowBlinds skins your windows and related items. LiteSTEP is a shell replacement. There are not the same thing. It's like saying 'why do people prefer airplanes over houses?" I understand that there is a recent add on for LS that skins the windows, but it's very basic, doesn't skin the scrollbars and such, if I recall correctly. And keep in mind that WindowBlinds is fairly simple to use, while LiteSTEP requires lots of reading, tweaking, and can completely change the way windows works..........
