I see where Clipper87 is coming from; I too was about to start this topic, but luckily a search for "drag" found this post.
The issue is mainly the conditioning from other apps like Chrome -- even if you have loads of tabs open, there is always a generous amount of room to click and drag the whole window to the right of "+" (new tab). Chrome also has maybe 10 pixels above the tabs that can be used to drag the window.
You guys could probably do something similar if you decided to insert some spacing pixels either between "+" and the three dots, or to the right of the three dots. The first way prob more intuitive.
You can drag the window using the application titlebar that is below your tab bar
Yes, didn't realize until I read Neil's comment, but again it's a bit unintuitive -- one would think that area is for the current tab and not expect the group as a whole to move. Initially I thought dragging the title bar would drag out the current tab (just like near its label).
