This is the issue scenario:
I have MS Excel in a group and when I drag the Excel tab out of the group, Excel window freezes-the Excel sheet is all white and I cannot click anywhere in Excel window.
Need more detail,.such as PC spec, OS, Office version. Etc. Thanks.
I am using Office 2013 (32-bit) on Windows 7 sp1 (64-bit) on a laptop with 8GB RAM.
What version of Groupy? Since I know the new version 1.12 have solved some of Office 32 Bit. If you still on the old version please see this link : and download the new one. https://forums.stardock.com/488164/groupy-112-release-candidate-available-to-all

I am using latest 1.12 version.
Can you try disable the hardware graphics acceleration on the Excel.
Its on the Excel Options Its on File-> Options-> advance -> Display and tick the disable hardware graphics Acceleration. And reboot and See if it help.
