Why the shamoo am I being asked to activate and supply a key for a handsome product I UNINSTALLED!!!!!!!!!!!!

How did you uninstall it and did you reboot afterwards?

I assume you do not have multiple versions installed by mistake as then only one would be removed and something like that could happen.
