Does "Windows 10 Style" Do Anything?

When selecting "Windows 10 Style" menu, does it actually replace anything or just use the standard Windows 10 Start Menu?

I'm looking for a replacement that merges the superior "All Programs/App" section of Windows 7 with the pinned tiles section of Windows 10. I thought from screenshots of Start10 that it might do that, but after installing the trial it seems I was mistaken. If there's a way to go about this I would love to hear.

"Windows 10 Style" is indeed the default Windows 10 start menu. I believe it's there so you can replace the start orb but keep the menu itself. I don't think there is a start menu with both tiles and nested all programs menu.
