Save ObjectDock Icons, Positions & Taskbars (Backup)

Is it possible to backup all ObjectDock adjustments?

If yes, how? How to recover?

This will back up the settings:

It will not back up the actual image files that you are using for icons or the dock background image files, you need to back them up separately (and, if necessary, restore them to the same folder locations).
