Fences Window Visibility

Fences Windows Visible on Top of Program Windows on Rollover?

Now this would really be useful! If my Fences Windows are set at 0% visibility, docked on the right of my screen, with my screen covered with program windows except for a narrow strip at the right, I could access my desktop icons by mouseover, without having to move any program windows! Wow! Cool! I want it!
