Has anyone tried Memopad on Win 10?

I see Memopad by basj was last updated in 2014, for Windows 8.1. From the screenshot it looks like it might be close to what I want, but I'm curious whether it would work correctly on Windows 10.

It should. I had 8.1 on my laptop before I switched over to 10. All the WindowBlinds I used on 8.1 work nicely on Win10 without any issues.
