Taskbar Height on Windows 10

I'm running WindowBlinds 10 on Windows 10. I've noticed some skins have different heights for the horizontal taskbar, but I cannot figure out what setting in the skin controls that. Does anyone know? I would appreciate any help.

Edit start menu and taskbar/Edit Horizontal taskbar. Click on taskbar buttons. Go to bottom "text settings" Change the Top setting. Usually you won't have to change the bottom setting
