Odd WB 4 action

The taskbar is always from my current theme, but it sometimes displays two different themed windows at the same time.

I mean it will literally display some windows with my current theme on, and other windows randomly have my previous theme on. Both at the exact same time.

Does it do when you open a window or was the window already open when you changed skins? (although it shouldn't do that either)

When I open a new window it will randomly be one of the two skins.

I did have a few windows open when I changed skins. But this problem has been occurring since I installed the most recent version. It's also not limited to the windows I had opened when I applied the new theme. It does this seemingly randomly.
