I have a 3 x 30" nvidia surround setup option on this machine, so I thought I would test it for you.
The short answer is Yes and No. Depending on your OS and the Dreams you want to run.
Longer Answer and Testing Results on Windows 10 x64 (release build, not beta) using the latest Nvidia drivers:
In my 7680x1600 single desktop, Video Dreams like Utopia Prime, Goodnight Earth, etc. worked fine (albeit stretched, of course). Goodnight Earth worked very well, by virtue of its curvature, etc.
PhotoDream not only didn't work across all 3 monitors, it shrunk down to a square section in the middle of the central monitor, leaving everything else messed up. This dream is showing problems under Windows 10 period, so it might just need an update to its coding overall.
Desktop Earth worked surprisingly well, as it centered the spinning Earth in the middle (keeping it nice and spherical) while choosing to stretch out the background star image across all three monitors. So your left and right monitor just have white stars on black.
Note that, under Windows 10 with the latest DeskScapes, you might need to reboot Windows to get the right Deskscape working across all three monitors correctly. It seems to be a bug under the current version.
I have not been able to test this under Windows 7, unfortunately. So YMMV.
I hope this helps. Good luck.
