Start10 standalone, purchased.

Initially this was an upgrade from Win7 Home x64. (Obviously didn't have Start10 on that.) Steam, as well as everything else, had a jump list.

Upgraded to Win10. Purchased Start10. Jump list was maintained.

Since it's a new OS and my system hsd been running Win7 for a while (and I install/uninstall/test things fairly frequently - plus curiosity when it comes to the "Oh, you don't need the install key if you reinstall" - which you don't, even though it asks during the install - if anyone's curious,) I decided it was time for a clean install. Drives formatted, bare-metal install.

Install went fine. Start10 went in fine. Steam went in fine. Started adding games, playing them... No jump list forms. It forms for other things (Notepad, other programs.)

Tried a different scheme (Windows 7 vs Modern.) No change. Updated to the latest version. no change. It's specifically just steam, as far as I can tell.

Ideas?
