just in case:
instead of asking this and asking that is it ok to just map my thoughts out?
the posibility is very likely that you've done this already but in case not?
1. unload any of all of the following from resident memory:
Windowblinds
WindowsFX
DesktopX
ObjectBar
ObjectDock <---- so it can be a clean instance in memory
2.
see if issues resolved
...if not:
Set " Magnitication Mode " to " Origional Mode "
Set "Transitions" to "Jumpy very fast (no transitions)"
Set "Dock Taskbar Enabled" disabled
Set "Allow taking window screenshots to represent minimized windows" uncheck-disabled
Set "Drawing Technology" to "GDI+Engine"
Set "Autohide" disabled
Set "Dock Z-Order" Always-On-Top
then click Ok
check that the setting took, it pretty much is nothing more than a bar now...
Renable each one at a time until all are set as you like them or the problem reapears...
If everything is set back as you like and it works, load one of the other apps and check and see if it reapears.
if it doesn't on the first one, unload and load the next, check and if not unload and so forth until you've loaded each with only ObjectDock loaded with it.
This way you figure out if it is a specific app that is not playing nice with ObjectDock, and because you already know OD works fine without it, it has to be in the setting of the newly loaded app...
At that point I would leave the app loaded and go bak through OD's setting that way your deferring to the other apps abilities over OD's...
If you go through all the apps and none make the isse reapear, load two apps and check and so forth until all have been checked againt OD and the problem showing it's ugly head...
Then if you think of it write down what you found and post it for others reference
anyway, not trying to do anything but maybe point something in or of a process of tackling it incase something might have been missed...
