Cannot Drag/Drop if Position is locked

Just like the title says.  If you have enabled lock icon dragging under position then the ability to drag an item into the dock is broken completely.  I would expect the position to be locked (and ofc not be able to add items) but to still be able to drop items into existing icons (the trash for instance)...

I was going to try to help but I cannot find that option where you say it is.  can you attach a screenshot of the settings?

I'm not using a Tabbed dock but I just tried that option on my tray dock. I can still drop things into the recycle bin docklet just fine.  In fact, I can drag new folders or shortcuts onto it, I just I can't remove any. What OS and OD version are you using?

Win7/64 bit

ObjectDock Version 2.20.0.862

OD: 2.20.0.862

I am using Tabbed Docks (only) so maybe the issue only exists with them...
