Stardock support is out for the holiday, back on Monday, I believe.
There will be Support folks cruising the Support Forums, though.
A lot depends on how you paid for your purchase.
Don't use card numbers or specific account info here, but you could edit your original post to state whether you used Paypal, a credit card or debit card...and whether you're outside the USA or not (I know you're from the USA from your profile...but you could be out of the country atm).
Sometimes things get held up to prevent fraud (to protect both you and Stardock), just as a matter of course...not implying anything in your case, just mentioning the possibility.
Check your credit card account/bank to see if you were charged or not.
